Introduce Post graduate courses in Medical colleges without equipping Was wrong decision

Another wrong decision by the then Government was to introduce Post graduate courses in Medical colleges without equipping them and where there is shortage of teachers for graduate studies in Medicine how scaring it was to start a postgraduate course?
The Government afterwards had to take the problem to cope with but this decision earlier already damaged the system .
Now medical Universities are declared but can those universities will be able to keep the appropriate standard or it will be another mistake to produce low quality specialists, I do not know.Political declarations at times may be lethal, if it is not prudently thought about. Our intellectuals always say yes to everything even if they understand its implications as they are afraid that they may be branded as adverse critics of the Govt.
